2019年12月31日、おせち料理第3段。昆布と干ぴょうは、水に付けて戻す。身欠きにしんを半分に切り、2つ重ねて昆布で包み、干ぴょうで縛る。昆布の戻し汁を加えた水で煮る。程なく煮たら、砂糖と醤油を入れて更に煮る。
